Great purchasing experience in 2019 Our experience at Audi Arlington -- especially thanks to our salesman, Savas -- was wonderful. We had been a bit hesitant at first because the reviews we read here and elsewhere were mixed. Those reviews, however, didn't match our experience. During the sales process, Savas was receptive to our needs; efficient in responding to our requests; and strong communicator. We also appreciated meeting the other members of the team -- from managers to parts to the business office -- during our transaction process. More
Dissapointing experience with finance, sales, and service This was my experience with Audi of Arlington. I effectively had issues with Sales, Finance, and Service all in my three weeks of owning my vehicle . This was my experience with Audi of Arlington. I effectively had issues with Sales, Finance, and Service all in my three weeks of owning my vehicle . The first issue I had dealt with Finance. After the salesman and I agreed upon a price, it was time to sign papers etc in the finance office. The finance personnel pushed post products on me hard ( Audicare, road hazard, paint protection etc). What has really stuck out in my mind is how she lied to me, which I realized afterward . She tried to get me to buy a road hazard package, falsely telling me a tire for my car, should something happen is $600 and a rim is $1300. I can check on their service website and see OEM an spec tire for my car is around $300 installed. Also, a rim is more like $700. Upon realizing this, it became clear to me that the finance person was lying in order to push post sales products. Additionally, I was up charged for Audicare to the tune of $900 ($1899 total) . Audi care for my vehicle has an MSRP of $999. When I asked about why it was so much more I was told it was a locality adjustment. Checking at another dealer 11 mile away in Tyson’s the same AudiCare is $999 in line with Audi’s suggested MSRP. In all I have come to the conclusion that the finance dept or at least who I dealt with is dishonest and deceptive and will tell you anything to get more money out of you, all while acting like they are genuinely concerned about you and your new vehicle. They are not. On to my post sales experience. My sales experience was largely as expected, nothing noteworthy positively or negatively. It was a post sales call that disappointed me . The salesman asked me how I like my car then went on to tell me that he was surprised with my post sales survey. Upon receiving the survey I read it carefully and filled it out honestly . At the time I was quite neutral to my Audi of Arlington expertise, however, after the salesman called me up and emotionally asked me what he did to make me “ hate him so much” , I have a bitter taste in my mouth. The whole things struck me as unprofessional. I was already upset about the finance experience and the call. To top things all off the disorganization of the service department was the icing on the cake. I called and schedule an appt for first thing in the morning for a minor annoyance on my car. Upon arriving I was told that my service advisor didn’t even arrive until 2 hours later that day. The service consultant I dealt with was puzzled as to why they even scheduled me so early if that was case . I left the dealership and waited about 5 hours before calling to check on my car. They hadn’t even looked at it . I waited 3 more hours and still the same. My car hadn’t even made it on the lift. It was not until sometime after 3pm , after the car had been in their possession for over 8 hours before they even took a glance at the issue . Between the trifecta of deceptive finance staff who swindled me out of $900, unprofessional sales staff that call out customers and inquire as to why they hate them, and a disorganized service department I am done. I pulled my car that day for the minor annoyance I had brought it in for, and have scheduled a visit with another dealer. I am not one to complain or write reviews, but I hope my experience can help others avoid what I have encountered. Go somewhere else. All facets of Audi of Arlington disappoint. I will not be doing business of any sort here and will encourage my friends and family to go elsewhere. More

Car Loaner Department I scheduled an appointment over a week ago with Mr. Guzman to have a recall(74D5) repair service performed. During my scheduling, I was informed that I scheduled an appointment over a week ago with Mr. Guzman to have a recall(74D5) repair service performed. During my scheduling, I was informed that the service may take a couple of days and I responded, "not a problem as long as I can get a loaner." On the morning of the service, I arrived at dealer at 6:55 with one person ahead of me. At 8:40, I was still waiting and no one approached me about a loaner. So I went to window and asked for a status and I was told the only thing available was an dirty A3. I was really disappointed that no one acknowledged I needed a loaner after seven people were serviced ahead of me. More
Good and Bad I was so excited to get my first Audi. I negotiated a decent price on a lease which was what I wanted. I spent almost two hours with the finance guy I was so excited to get my first Audi. I negotiated a decent price on a lease which was what I wanted. I spent almost two hours with the finance guy saying NO NO NO to all of the add ons he wanted to sell me. In the end he did sell me on a couple of them. I was worn out and tired of listening to him. A month later I found out that I did not lease the car, I bought it. He changed me out of a lease and into a purchase. It was sneaky and deceiving. Just goes to show this dealership is only out to make money and not out for repeat business. In addition, I gave the sales guy a great referral (my husband). He would have bought from him in a heartbeat but the guy was unresponsive to two emails and two voicemails. If I get another Audi, I will not go to Arlington. More

Worst Service Experience of my life DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE. I took my 2015 Audi S3 in for service after I had slammed on my brakes. The car was vibrating when I drove, so I dec DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE. I took my 2015 Audi S3 in for service after I had slammed on my brakes. The car was vibrating when I drove, so I decided to take it in. About a WEEK after I dropped it off for service, I was informed that the hub and some other parts related to the hub needed to be replaced in order to fix the issue. The total cost was $2100 to fix, or what I thought would fix the issue. After TWO WEEKS I was finally called, saying that the car was ready for pickup. I was a little frustrated with how long it had taken, but was excited to finally get my car back. After paying the 2100 at checkout, I hopped in my car and started driving away. Not even 30 seconds into the drive I felt the EXACT SAME ISSUE I had taken it in for. I brought the car back to Audi to request them to finish fixing what they said they would fix. I'm not sure what my $2100 went to because the car is having the same issue. About a week after I dropped it off again I was notified that I will have to replace ALL rims and ALL tires in order to fix the issue; running me around another $2300. This place is a JOKE. Do not service year car here. They are a scam. More
Price is not competitive and unprofessional staff Price is not competitive. Staffs are unprofessional. Once you buy their car, forget about customer service. They never get back to you on any issue - Price is not competitive. Staffs are unprofessional. Once you buy their car, forget about customer service. They never get back to you on any issue - Left voicemail, email, calls and none of them work. They also screwed up my financing - If I didn't check I would've lost money. Make sure you double check your statement. This dealer is unprofessional! you don't want to get this kind of service from luxury car company. Buy BMW or Mercedes if you can. I had so much better experience with them. I don't want to buy audi again because of this dealership's service. You will thank me later More
Always an expensive disappointment Terrible communication, parts department inadequate (who can't look up an order under my last name?), service department ignorant and not looking out Terrible communication, parts department inadequate (who can't look up an order under my last name?), service department ignorant and not looking out for customers. My latest (in the string of 5 years of frustration and anger with them) was scheduling a recall appointment two weeks ago. I took it upon myself to call to confirm the appointment only to be told they don't have the part. 1) they weren't going to call me to tell me so 2) they don't know when they'll get one in and they won't call me to tell me. So I get the displeasure of calling them myself to be put on hold by the parts department (last time was 28 min of hold across 3 calls) to find out when the part is in. And I have no idea how to guarantee that they'll hold a part for me until the appointment. Incredibly frustrating. Always expensive. I always walk away (or hang up) angry and feel like I'm being taken advantage of. Makes me rethink my love of Audi vehicles. More
