You may be able to complete a transaction as they will say anything to close the deal. AFter for service you can forget setting appointment for loaners, I bought my car and it had a door ding BRAND NEW VERY EXPENSIVE Audi and my 20th Audi yes I said 20 but never again with this dealership, they would not give a loaner to fix a door ding which existed prior to me taking posession, they said come back this week and we will take cafe of it, I called weekly for a month no appointment when I finally got the sales person BRAD who is the worst and rude to set appointment he said they dont give loaners for small dings. Bring a towel to wash off the slime. We bought our first Audi at Audi of Arlington about 3.5 years ago. It was a long, miserable process, but we gave them the benefit of doubt. They will We bought our first Audi at Audi of Arlington about 3.5 years ago. It was a long, miserable process, but we gave them the benefit of doubt. They will give you an exorbitant price, then walk back and forth to the finance office, multiple times. They will lower it by a few dollars, then if you keep saying no, they will have you write the price that you want to pay. It’s an exhausting back and forth where they try and make you feel sympathy for the salesman. They act as if this is not a game they play and portray it as they are really trying to get you the best deal. After you are worn out and exhausted, they will try and sell you several add-on options. In the end, they even “made mistakes” on our finance paperwork that we discovered a few days later because my husband thought to just go through it one more time. The math “mistakes” were plentiful, and added up to almost $2000. They claimed the paperwork would have been bounced back due to errors. Keep in mind, at every turn the staff will remind you that a survey will come after the transaction and please give a 5 star review. They will also call you in the days following the purchase to remind you about giving them 5 stars. Fast forward to yesterday: We went back and it was the same feeling. They try and make you promise you will buy a car: “If I go and get this price, you are willing to move forward, right?” When they came out with their price, it was insanity. When we told them we had already price checked out Audi Rockville, our salesman looked deflated. He went back into the sales office and had an extra $1000 dollars taken off the ridiculous price. Keep in mind, I warned him about our last experience and told him we will walk unless the price is fair. Long story short: we walked out. Our salesman wouldn’t even shake our hand once he realized that he lost the deal. We called Audi Silver Spring and they said: “Yes we get lots of unhappy customers from area dealerships, this is a regular occurrence." Audi Silver Spring immediately offered us what seems like a fair price, and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. It's also worth noting that we drove to Volvo afterward and had a completely stress free, low pressure experience that couldn't have been more delightful. More
Disrespect, Dishonesty and Unprofessionalism. I am really disappointed of my experience with Audi Arlington. I was shocked by their disrespect, dishonesty and unprofessionalism. The salesman (Shaw I am really disappointed of my experience with Audi Arlington. I was shocked by their disrespect, dishonesty and unprofessionalism. The salesman (Shawn Vahid) was not able to be informative because of his severe lack of knowledge in terms the car I was purchasing and the finance process and terms. He kept asking for a check from my bank while all he needs is a code sent through email. He said horrible things because he was under the impression that I am not able to understand the process (called me uneducated) while it was his lack of knowledge. The sales manger (Kursad Derindag) was really disrespectful when my car failed Maryland inspection and I asked to do minor fixes on their end. He said the most horrible things you can imagine. He also claimed that he is the highest authority in the branch and no one is higher than him. He also lied about my bank turning down my loan and gave an interest rate of 9% while my bank 2 days later gave a rate of 5%. I wasn’t able to reach out to him for almost a week. He never took my calls after my bank approved my loan. The finance manager(Katherine) wasn’t explaining any concerns or questions I had. She kept saying it’s not my job to explain to you. The service team were also liars. The cigarettes lighter was missing from my car and the promised more than 4 times to mail one to my place, but they never did. DON’T EVER TRUST THEM GETTING YOU A LOAN! GO TO YOUR BANK FIRST. More
Poor customer service to women Unfortunately, my experience after the sale was horrid. Here is the letter I sent to the General Manager who never responded... Part 1 Mr. Beltran, On Unfortunately, my experience after the sale was horrid. Here is the letter I sent to the General Manager who never responded... Part 1 Mr. Beltran, On Saturday, February 9, my daughter and I came to Audi of Arlington to secure a new lease vehicle for my daughter while I purchased her old lease vehicle . During the all-day sales and F&I process, we had pleasant interactions. In purchasing the lease vehicle, I also purchased two voluntary protection products (VPPs) – Cilajet protection and an extended warranty. On Sunday, April 1, I dropped my vehicle off at the dealer to secure the service and to receive my new license plates in registration. I’d like to note that I live in Yorktown, Virginia and chose to visit your dealership rather than the one in my location as my daughter has been very pleased up to this point with your dealership. I did not request a loaner car because my car was slated to be ready Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday morning and I planned to stay with my daughter in D.C., where she only has one assigned parking place. Tuesday afternoon came and went; no call from Audi. Wednesday afternoon: I called the dealership and was told it was not yet ready again. On Thursday morning, I called and was told the car STILL was not ready. Finally on Thursday evening, I called service and they told me the car was already available for pickup and “had been ready for a while.” The dealership had been in possession of my vehicle for 5 days, I was stuck in D.C. and unable to return home to Yorktown. I was unprepared to stay in D.C. for that long and did not bring enough clothes, medications, etc. for my extended stay because of your service department. I went to pick up the vehicle on Friday morning at 7:30 a.m. The Cilajet service had been completed, but when I inquired if my request to fill the wiper fluid, the only answer I received from the valet who was assisting me was “I don’t know.” I stopped by the desk of Luis to ask for assistance in connecting my iPhone to the glove box connector. He asked if the vehicle was new or used and when I indicated the vehicle was preowned, he was very dismissive and told me I would have to wait until the dealership’s technology expert Jerry arrived at 9 a.m. – over an hour wait time. Another service advisor, I believe his name is Alfonso, noticed my strong frustration and offered to help. As he was unable to assist me, he brought over a third service advisor, but unfortunately, the connection STILL did not work. Added to my very negative service department experience, I also had an issue with registration. To ensure that I was able to keep the same license plate and registration as my daughter had on the vehicle, we went through a tedious plate authorization process with Audi Financial. After purchasing my vehicle, AK told my daughter that despite the process, the license plates would change and put temporary registration plates on my vehicle. As such, I threw away one of the old plates due to damage, but upon my registration arriving, I learned that the plates would in fact stay the same. When I returned to Yorktown, I called AK on Friday, April 5, who was took my call despite that he was off that day. I explained my complaint with the service department customer experience and the issue with the license plates/registration; he noted he would be back at the dealership on Saturday, April 6 and would call me back. AK did call my daughter on Saturday, April 6 asking for my phone number and noting that the registration department was closed and he would circle back on Monday, April 8. As of today, Wednesday April 10, I have yet to hear back from ANYONE. No apology, no explanation, nothing! My daughter has sung Audi of Arlington’s praises in the past, including passing out Donald’s cards to friends and family, but I did not have the same experience in the slightest. I am an incredibly dissatisfied customer and at this point, I believe I will take my service else ware and seek out another dealership and/or OEM in the future. I have encouraged my daughter to do the same. More

Terrible experiencing w/Audi of Arlington WOW...I wish I would have read the reviews before giving them my business. The finance guy, Luis, was the worst individual to deal with. He was so s WOW...I wish I would have read the reviews before giving them my business. The finance guy, Luis, was the worst individual to deal with. He was so set on trying to sell me packages for my new leased Audi. I told him, over and over, I am not interested and he proceeded to make snide comments like "Who are you texting, your boyfriend to get advice?" ... After he realized I wasn't budging, he then just got up and very sarcastically said "Done deal, thx for your business". After being all in his feelings, he forgot to take my payment and give me any paperwork on my vehicle. Going on week 3, and I have no clue how I make my first car payment. Recommend a different Audi dealership but if you go DONT get Luis as your finance guy. More

Because they held onto my car for 2 weeks before informing corporate, I was charged $219 in "maturity" fees. Also, because they didn't call the ding and dent repair company as I asked them to do MULTIPLE times, the ding and dent company won't honor my claim. I spent 6 weeks speaking to Brad and then Dino, both of whom promised to "look into it" and call me back, and both of whom never did. I left the GM 3 messages and he never called me back. I had to go into the dealer in person and after 2 hours, only the maturity fees had been handled. They still are denying to do anything about the dents and dings which should have been covered by the coverage they sold me! More
Unbelieveably bad experience I promised to submit a review about my experience with this dealership. Let me be clear for one moment...DO NOT BUY HERE! Why? Horrible customer servi I promised to submit a review about my experience with this dealership. Let me be clear for one moment...DO NOT BUY HERE! Why? Horrible customer service to begin with my salesperson. I want to tell you everything that happened during this experience but you would not believe it. So I will start with my salesperson who was courteous but not present mentally to sell a car. The salesperson did not listen nor take note in anything I asked during the whole experience. For example, the internet price said one thing and the dealership had a promotional price tag for $500 less inside the vehile. We talked about it and I asked about honoring that price...never showed up in the rough draft numbers of my contract nor in the conversation with the finance person. What is $500...honor it! I got preapproved for 40K from my bank for a 2018 vehicle and you guys can't sell this vehicle? The customer service with salesperson, service manager - Boyd, finance manager - Kat were so unprofessional in there contact with customers I was floored! I could go on...don't go here. More

Vehicle was purchased 35 days ago and we still don’t have the cars title. I live in SF where having a title is obviously necessary to register, which is necessary to get a city parking pass (not 2 hour only). For the last week I’ve been getting parking tickets at $121 a pop and no help from these folks. Finally got a hold of them after 15 calls and they said, ‘oh it’s you again..’ laughed and brushed me off. What a slimy bunch of folks here. STAY AWAY. More
Battery replacement On Tuesday, April 9th I had an appointment with Audi of Arlington; my car did not have any issues but I needed to replace a car battery. I had a coupo On Tuesday, April 9th I had an appointment with Audi of Arlington; my car did not have any issues but I needed to replace a car battery. I had a coupon for 15 percent discount on battery price. They subtracted 15 percent from battery price, but they charged me for 2 hours of labor to replace it (313 dollars). I found plenty of videos on internet where people replace Audi batteries for less than 10 minutes. I do not know how you can explain additional hour and 50 minutes except using word ‘overcharge’. Conclusion: If you decide to take your audi to Audi of Arlington for scheduled maintenance or anything else please check your invoice before you leave and think carefully if you need to do what they ask you to (it maybe not required) More
