My sales specialist, Mohamed Ahmed, did a great job of guiding me through the process of deciding which Audi car best suited my needs and found the perfect car for me. The negotiations were as quick and painless as possible. Mr. Ahmed even helped me remove items from my old car and transfer them to my new car. He also reminded me to take my easy pass which I had completely forgotten about! He was wonderful to work with. The finance specialist was also very helpful and easy to work with. More

Amazing Customer Care! Got the car I wanted ! This is our third time at this dealership and the customer service has been amazing and consistent in each and everyone of visits either to buy a car This is our third time at this dealership and the customer service has been amazing and consistent in each and everyone of visits either to buy a car or get maintenance service. In this particular visit , we were serviced by Muharrem, and the moment we stepped inside the door his great demeanor and outstanding customer service made the difference. We the found out he had recently joined the team and to be honest, we did not feel the difference in service from other seasoned dealers. We did received assistance from Kursad and Katherine , whom we've know from previous visits and they've been amazing too. Long story short, we were very satisfied with the deal we were presented with and ended up getting our new Audi Q5 Quattro. You guys rock !!! More

Avoid this Dealership Audi, unlike other luxury car makers, requires a service contract from day one. We were sold a contract, under high pressure, and it does not cover wh Audi, unlike other luxury car makers, requires a service contract from day one. We were sold a contract, under high pressure, and it does not cover what was promised. It did not cover certain aspects of the braking system. It covered wheel and tire damage, but only if your tires are damaged from the road surface. The first service was supposed to be free, but it was not free! We were supposed to get a free loaner for service, but they don’t guarantee that. When I took the car in it was a wait of several hours for a loaner. There was no instruction on using the car. Once I was told I could wait for the car to be fixed 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours, but it took almost 3 hours, to reprogram a key. It was really a 20 minute job. Audi Bethesda is much better More

Worst car purchase experience I bought a vehicle on 08/2018 after taking the vehicle in for a recall the car went downhill. To make a long story short the car was in-service for st I bought a vehicle on 08/2018 after taking the vehicle in for a recall the car went downhill. To make a long story short the car was in-service for steering wheel failure and defective parts. Repair after repair (4) the issue continued to the point where we had to file a Lemon Law suit with BBB. The worst part has been not only not having a reliable and safe vehicle but having to deal with the horrible, disrespectful, unprofessional and unethical workers at this place. Since the first attempt to repair the car not one person has called to check on the issues. Service advisors were never available at pick up time so I never got a break down of what was the problem and what was repaired. It was go to the register and they’ll have the paperwork. There were always out of loaner cars and always were to busy to accommodate customers needs. This week we contacted the GM Omar Stwodah and he is the nastiest and rudest person out of that place. Now I understand why the personnel is so rude and unhappy in that place. I need to bring in the car for the final inspection to finalize the buy-back and this man keeps hiding and sending out emails saying he doesn’t have the documents. We scheduled for the final appointment and he cancelled it last minute. When I told him that I was going to drop off the vehicle because I refuse to play his games I quote “you can do whatever you want, without our signature the buy-back deal is not valid.” If you read this review and specially if you are a veteran like me and my husband please take your business elsewhere. We bought two vehicles at this agency without reading the reviews. I wish I can copy paste his emails so people can see what an unprofessional and disgusting man he is. He should not be a GM. If I can rate a zero I would but is not an a potion. This place environment is toxic and Audi HQ needs to pay the shop a visit and clean the house. More
