He found my vehicle at another dealership and had it brought here and got me a superior price. My only reservations at this point are with the service department and the lack of communication. I would have preferred a more proactive approach on their part instead of me having to repeatedly follow up. More

outstanding service I fell in love with the 2018 Audi Q5 7/19, but it was over my budget. Scott Minor salesmanship was unlike the stereo typical car salesman. He did not play the normal games of bringing the manager in, in fact we negotiated majority of the transaction over the phone. My sales specialist, Mohamed Ahmed, did a great job of guiding me through the process of deciding which Audi car best suited my needs and found the perfect car for me. The negotiations were as quick and painless as possible. Mr. Ahmed even helped me remove items from my old car and transfer them to my new car.
