very dishonest staff I had a terrible experience with Audi Arlington. Very dishonest staff from the salesman to the senior sales manager to the finance manager and the ge I had a terrible experience with Audi Arlington. Very dishonest staff from the salesman to the senior sales manager to the finance manager and the general manager. I had negotiated a price for an A5 based on a price on their website for a pre-certified car. Unbeknownst to me they actually sold me one that was not certified and only found out when I took it in for service. When I complained they could care less and refused to acknowledge what had happened and basically put it back on me that I did not understand what actually transpired. Even though it was clear to me what car I had negotiated the price from a pre-certified car on their website. At the end of the day it cost me $1500 but that is not the point… they are shady and unethical, highly recommend going to a different dealership. Sales staff was professional, manager was cordial, and F+I guy was great. Negotiation was win:win for both parties. Took delivery and drove home. After 12 hours, I realized that I had not been a good shopper. Although happy with the car; it did not have all the features I wanted. It was a long shot but I called our salesman back and........they made it very clear that they wanted me happy with my purchase. Long story short, I brought the car back and exchanged it for one with the options I wanted. No drama, no fuss no foolishness. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. They earned a long term customer. More
