A.K. was my finance manager when I leased my new vehicle. He didn’t catch an error on the discrepancy of the mileage on two separate forms when I signed, so we had to meet to get it corrected. No problem. He didn’t catch an error on the discrepancy of the mileage on two separate forms when I signed, so we had to meet to get it corrected. No problem. Then he stated that he would process my permanent tags immediately due to the error, so I was okay with it even though he made a mistake (it happens). Fast forward 3 weeks and multiple emails and voice messages reaching out to him with ZERO responses back. My temporary tags are set to expire, so I decided to just go back to the dealership. Once I am there in person, he finally decides to start processing my tags. He also put the incorrect purchase date on my registration but later corrected it when I had pointed it out to him. When I asked him why he never returned my messages and why it took him until I got to the dealership to finally process my tags just before my temporary tags expired, his words to me were “This isn’t my job, here you go” and walked away. Never once did he apologize or show any condolences for the lack of customer service and for his mistakes. Just very condescending and the “I don’t care” attitude. Won’t be returning back to this dealership for another purchase or service again. More
