While I went to Audi of Arlington for a non-Audi trade in, I found the internet price very competitive and Donald B an excellent sales rep for the dealership. He was flexible, responsive, kind and knowledgeable in the process. Plus, the showroom has to be one of the coolest places in DC to hang out while waiting for car paperwork. That can’t hurt. More

Dino was very helpful when I came in to test drive the Q3. He was very knowledgable about the specifications of the car and showed me how to use the features. very dishonest staff I had a terrible experience with Audi Arlington. Very dishonest staff from the salesman to the senior sales manager to the finance manager and the ge I had a terrible experience with Audi Arlington. Very dishonest staff from the salesman to the senior sales manager to the finance manager and the general manager. I had negotiated a price for an A5 based on a price on their website for a pre-certified car. Unbeknownst to me they actually sold me one that was not certified and only found out when I took it in for service. When I complained they could care less and refused to acknowledge what had happened and basically put it back on me that I did not understand what actually transpired. Even though it was clear to me what car I had negotiated the price from a pre-certified car on their website. At the end of the day it cost me $1500 but that is not the point… they are shady and unethical, highly recommend going to a different dealership. Selection was great both in terms of quality and quantity. Staff was excellent. No push, no rush, no foursquare. We drove three cars. Still no rush or push. Sales staff was professional, manager was cordial, and F+I guy was great. Negotiation was win:win for both parties. Took delivery and drove home. After 12 hours, I realized that I had not been a good shopper. Although happy with the car; it did not have all the features I wanted. It was a long shot but I called our salesman back and........they made it very clear that they wanted me happy with my purchase. Long story short, I brought the car back and exchanged it for one with the options I wanted. No drama, no fuss no foolishness. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. They earned a long term customer. More
