I walked in with a friend intent on buying a car. I told them exactly what I wanted. The salesman was condescending and later in email gave me grief for using Trucar. This is my second very bad experience at a Rosenthal dealer. I will now be driving 45 minutes to get the car serviced at Silver Spring because I don’t trust Rosenthal. More

I was comparing it to the Mazda CX-5, yes the Audi outshines the Mazda CX-5, but wasn’t sure if the price made it worth it. Worked with Sales Manager Jae Yang, on the pricing and it was a no brainer. They did not fess up to the mistake until confronted by the owner with a car with a completely wet interior. Then they tried to cheat the car owner out of fair compensation. I brought my A4 in for routine service work and Arlington Audi found that I needed new tires at a cost of $1,336. I got them replaced at a tire store for $1065, 20% less. On another visit, a visor clip cost $153 and a broken tether to a fuel cap required replacement of the entire cap at a cost of $147. I paid $300 for minor parts. Do not get a loaner vehicle here. I got one, drove it home 4 miles and then back and turned it in. There was no one available to inspect the car for damage. Instead, I got a call the next day reporting $500 in damages. I did not do this, but I had no recourse since Arlington Audi made a charge to my credit card without my permission. No one from the dealership wanted to discuss that perhaps one of their employees caused this damage. After reading the review about Arlington Audi’s dishonesty in the open sunroof carwash incident, I realized that I was dealing with shysters! Save money by staying away from Arlington Audi. More
Suhaylah Adebo is a Service Manager at Audi and she is gracious, willing, and effective in making your service visit a positive one. At 5PM, Service gets busy as people want to pick up their vehicles. S gracious, willing, and effective in making your service visit a positive one. The Audi A6 is highly rated by Consumer Reports even higher than others German legendary brands. The new Audi has been upgraded and the interior redesigned to be more driver friendly. On Saturday, March 14th, I returned to the Audi Arlington dealership in Arlington, VA to pick up my 2019 DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE!!!! On Saturday, March 14th, I returned to the Audi Arlington dealership in Arlington, VA to pick up my 2019 A5 from service after purchasing all new tires for $1400. I had dropped my car off on Tuesday, March 9th. After paying, my car was pulled around so I could leave. I entered the car and immediately saw a large crack down my front windshield! I notified my service technician, Chris, who confirmed that when my car was checked in on the 9th, there was no indication of a crack or rock damage. He even had pictures from when he checked my car in on March 9th. The service manager, Will, approached and immediately placed blame on me!! He gave no apology!! He just went straight to pointing the finger at me even though my car was in the care of Audi Arlington for 5 days!! NO ONE INFORMED ME OF DAMAGE!! I was told I would be contacted on that Monday with a solution. IT IS NOW ALMOST MARCH 24TH AND NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON from Audi Arlington has reached out to me to communicate a solution or next steps!! THEY HAVE MY CAR!! I have called Chris and he pretty much said he forgot and would get back with me. Never heard from him again!! That was on Wednesday, March 17th! I emailed Will and Chris’s manager, Dave, the Director of Parts and Service at the dealership. He said he would get back to me and I again never heard back!! That was on Friday, March 19th! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!! Chris, the service tech had no problems emailing and calling me every other day about the status of my new tires, but when it comes to this, NOTHING!!!! I was only treated with respect when I was buying something from them, when I could have gone anywhere! There are other reviews of this dealership doing this exact same thing! While I went to Audi of Arlington for a non-Audi trade in, I found the internet price very competitive and Donald B an excellent sales rep for the dealership. He was flexible, responsive, kind and knowledgeable in the process. Plus, the showroom has to be one of the coolest places in DC to hang out while waiting for car paperwork. That can’t hurt. More
