This has to be the worst Audi service department in Virginia! I literally hate calling and going to this place. Customer service is horrible, loaner service is horrible but call the sales department Virginia! I literally hate calling and going to this place. Looks like customer service is not a priority here but getting your money then telling you to “F” off is! It’s a shame that you go into a prestigious auto dealership and get horrible service AFTER they got you with a great sales pitch! They need to hire new service reps throughout the entire dealership and properly train their staff on customer service and just plain customer service etiquettes! More
The experience that my wife Lucy and I had in leasing a new 2023 Audi Q7 Prestige in the past two days was excellent . The work done by Reza Sabahi in sales and Eric Nguy in financing was outstanding( 10 new 2023 Audi Q7 Prestige in the past two days was excellent . The work done by Reza Sabahi in sales and Eric Nguy in financing was outstanding( 10 !!!). They both went above and beyond the standard car procurement experience to make sure that we were both satisfied with our deal. Reza was the first Audi salesman to call me when we had an interested. Eric was not fazed when we went from a standard sale to a leasing option. Great teamwork !! More
It is beyond brazen that the"GENERAL MANAGER" KOSTA would CONDUCT such DEFAMATORY ALLEGATIONS. Men like him take advantage of their positions and should not even be considered a "GM". Most of these dealership men love to play dirty and also all of them are married. They all cheat on their wife/spouses on the daily basis. On top of that screw over clients while they purchase vehicles. All of them are scammers and scam customers on THE DAILY. (Keep in mind this is not the only dealerships that does this) ITS ALLLLLL OF THEM in DMV. These men who run this place are literal amateurs, savages and clowns. It's a WHOLE xxxx circus in there. THE DISRESPECT and ALLEGATIONS needs to be corrected and hopefully they learn to even follow their own policy's but it's OBVIOUS they do not follow their own procedures. KOSTA hope you LEARN how to not just be a GM but to learn how to BE A ACTUAL MAN and level up in life. You're giving a lot of ROOKIE GM energy and broke boy vibes. Very displeased with this Service center and recommend you definitely use another Service: - When I made the appointment, no one communicated it was a multiday recall replacement. There were no vehicles available or shuttle so I had to take an uber home. -When I picked up my vehicle, paperwork stated they completed an "complimentary inspection". The inspection was never done. Husband mentioned that we needed the inspection as it was out of date and they said "oh sometimes they overlook those items." He asked could they do the inspection since they said they did and they said unfortunately no, need another appointment. -Paperwork states complimentary vacuum but that never happened. -Here is the kicker, when driving from the lot husband notices a sound from tire. There was screw in my very expensive ($550+) run flat tire. Dan Choi states there no responsibility from the Audi shop as "they don't use any screws or nails onsite at their service department." He was not helpful at all. Horrible experience and last time I will take my car here. I am very hesitant that they even did the work on the recall because of all the complimentary work they claimed they did on the vehicle. Stay away. More

I just experienced 3 weeks of drama with this dealership and they don’t have the decency to apologize. Leaving messages was a waste of breath. More
This place has been absolutely HORRIBLE. I have been trying to get my car taken care of for literally MONTHS and no one ever calls me back, they can't find the parts that they ordered, and n I have been trying to get my car taken care of for literally MONTHS and no one ever calls me back, they can't find the parts that they ordered, and no one seems to know what is going on. I did get 1 person to finally call me back after I had to almost beg for an update, even if the update was that there was 'no update'. This isn't the only issue I have with the car but the most simple to fix and if they can't even manage to take care of A SINGLE DRIVER SIDE MIRROR then I have no faith at this point that they could handle anything more complicated. I am at the point now where I wish I never even bought this car. I am not sure who is actually to blame for this but it appears to be a problem across multiple departments and no one can get me fixed. More
