Recently took my 2017 Audi A4 AllRoad into Audi of Anchorage to address an indicator light on the dash. Unfortunately the news wasn’t great and I need to replace the turbo. They were understanding, no hard pressure tactics and took the time to explain to me my options and what I could expect from the vehicle until I can get it repaired. I came away, feeling that I had a trustworthy relationship with the dealership and that I was getting an honest and fair answer from them.
