In this case there is no assistance required. We have taken our vehicle to another Audi repair facility. This vehicle will not likely be back to Ciocca. If you want to discuss how your service writer cost us over $1,000.00 you can call me. My cell phone is on file at the dealership

It’s a shame that people pay top dollar for these cars and have to put gas in a loaner vehicle. Customers should get at least 50 free miles when paying for service at Audi Allentown. More

Hi CBR1994, we appreciate your business and look forward to working with you in the future. We provide the loaners at no charge, and often customer have these cars for varying amounts of time. Therefore we do require customers to return cars with the same amount of gas that was in the car when they took it. We are sorry if this causes any inconvenience for you but hope you understand.
