Tyler, the technicians and all the staff were all very helpful. They explained details while taking care of the details needed to fix my car. Texts and calls made communication easy. My part wasn't supposed tonshoe up for 8 weeks but they didn't just forget about it, and found the part at a sister dealer in NJ. The team stayed on top of it all. Thank you for being awesome! More

Communication about the progress of my car was great in the beginning, but slacked off at the end. I had to wait 2 hours past the ETA finish time for it to be finished. Advanced notice would have been nice the beginning, but slacked off at the end. I had to wait 2 hours past the ETA finish time for it to be finished. Advanced notice would have been nice to know that additional time was needed. My plans for later that afternoon had to be canceled due yo the additional time. Needless to say I was not happy. More
