Disappointed in the service I received. The service advisor, Jason Rose, was extremely slow to respond and often times never did. I brought my vehicle in for its first annual service. The wheel and tire balance feels off. The tires weren't set to the proper PSI. The oil was about a quart low (after the oil change). Since Jason never responded, I purchased 2 quarts of oil and used 1 full quart - I purchased it at the dealership and found out he was transferred to Ciocca's Hyundai dealership (I feel back for his new customers). It wasn't the best experience. It looks like the 3 people that you could rate now (Sijade, Nate and James) have good reviews. When needed, I will request one of them or try Audi Wyoming Valley, as it's 2023 Audi Dealer of the Year. I'm giving 2 versus 1 star, because the woman at the cashier's station is always nice and friendly. The male I purchased the oil from was fine, too. More

It seems that fee should be refunded if an actual issue was discovered since the cost associated with parts and labor would already have some level of cost associated.
