I dropped my Q5 Diesel of the service center. Everyone was courtesy Tuler Plitz was service repre. he was absolutely very conscious regarding the major service my 2015 Q5 diesel would have done Everyone was courtesy Tuler Plitz was service repre. he was absolutely very conscious regarding the major service my 2015 Q5 diesel would have done on the motor mounts and inspection. I was given a loaner which wonderful to drive and would like to have a new Audi but I enjoy driving my Diesel. Overall. I must say it is one my best experiences especially since Nate Frick (sp) is the Service Manager. He is kind, considerate, and his business etiquette is perfect. Etta Boettger Thanks More
