I believe that Sijade is Jade. It was an awkward pickup process as I needed to be shown where the lug nut key was found in the vehicle. Thankfully, the manager Nate from the glass office came out and assured me he would show me where it was and explained that the RS5 is unique in how the trunk setup is arranged to store the key and tire iron. As a customer I seek the pickup from service moment to be one of confident affirmation that all has been fixed and can be explained to me.
