Competent, but didn’t offer a very good explanation for why an oil change cost over $300. Seemed a little defensive. I wondered if the recommendation to flush and change brake fluid on our A6 was one of the ways (to compensate) because I’d never heard of that before. He suggested EVs require as much maintenance as an ICE vehicle, which doesn’t seem correct to me. My other car is a Cadillac and that dealership not only washes the exterior, but they also clean the interior of my Lyriq to spotless perfection. No interior cleaning or vacuuming mats at Audi. Perhaps Audi should consider upping their game. More
