Tyler was terrific and this visit went smoothly. Very helpful and convenient to get the loaner car established. The only negative is that it took almost a year to change out the decals and rings f Very helpful and convenient to get the loaner car established. The only negative is that it took almost a year to change out the decals and rings from silver to black despite this being part of the original sale agreement. It felt like they were hoping I would just forget about it. When I asked for the 4th time over 11 months, they scheduled me for an appointment, but I had to let Tyler know that this was part of original sale agreement. To his credit he checked into it and confirmed it quickly and made it all happen. More
