I took my car Audi Q8 to the dealership and they misdiagnosed my car not ONCE but TWICE. They Kept guessing on what was wrong with my car it has been Two months and my car is still not fixed because misdiagnosed my car not ONCE but TWICE. Extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. The only bright spot was Tyler Pilz was excellent to deal with and very helpful. The problem, though, was the "mechanic side" of the dealership. Oil change was not completed. Worst of all the main recall item that was to be fixed (ie: airbag issue) also was not completed. The seatbelt was left unattached to the seat. I was astounded when I saw that this morning (8/14). Honestly, it worries me that other items might not have been correctly completed/installed. I had four new tires installed....we're they correctly installed...!?? Who knows...? I have no way of knowing. More

Tyler Pilz as well as the service technician who performed service on my vehicle were great. Technician located a secondary issue from what it was brought in for(they give you a high quality video performed service on my vehicle were great. Technician located a secondary issue from what it was brought in for(they give you a high quality video showing their findings) and got most of the charges covered with my extended warranty company and I had to do absolutely nothing they took care of it all. Very polite and great service. 10/10 More
