Professional, honest, knowledgeable sales staff that helped me through my trade in with ease! Went out of their way to get me the car I wanted located at another dealership. Worked over the weekend and helped me through my trade in with ease! Went out of their way to get me the car I wanted located at another dealership. Worked over the weekend and on days off to have the same staff members complete my transaction. Not sure how many more car sales of mine will end with hugs...handshakes...smiles and laughter but THIS one did!! :) And since this is my third Audi, I know the SERVICE department will take good care of me too. My car was in for warranty and needed an adjuster to stop out and approve the work. The adjuster took his good old time to show up, that’s not Audi‘s fault. But James and the team went above and beyond to en out and approve the work. The adjuster took his good old time to show up, that’s not Audi‘s fault.
