Jerome approached and we were not very pleasant but that just made his amazing personality truly come through. Jerome was amazing, he was patient, understanding , very low pressure, and used no sales pitch with us. He listened to our concerns and bad experiences and did everything he could to have that not happen here. The first vehicle we looked at didn't really do it for us, so instead of giving us the high pressure sales , Jerome went and searched for something else for us. Jerome was honestly the first sales rep. that searched, found and called us back with another vehicle. Jerome brought that vehicle to his lot for us to see and drive, Jerome then went to bat for us and got us the deal we wanted. Jerome has gone above and beyond to make this buying experience amazing. I can not say enough good things about Jerome. Even after the purchase he went out of his way on his own time to help us out with a recall issue on the vehicle. Amazing.
