Also, we felt a bit rushed through the actual purchase experience; would have preferred them to take the time to detail the vehicle over a day or more and allow us time (subsequent to the deposit) to withdraw our funds and pay cash for the vehicle. Instead we were forced to finance this vehicle or risk losing it. We now will have to pay interest until the paperwork goes through which will likely take a month or more. Otherwise we love the car and the people there; Derek especially took a lot of time with us and explained the many details of the vehicle to us. He has followed up with us several times since the purchase. We would definitely go back for future purchases (after we aggregate our cash). More

Let's face it, car buying is never fun -- especially for someone like me, a person who did not have a specific vehicle in mind and does a thorough job researching all the options! Although they are currently working out of a makeshift building, the dealership did their best to make it a comfortable experience. At my first visit, I worked with Kyle. When Kyle wasn't in when I stopped by the 2nd time, I was directed to Seth. The fact that I wasn't told to come back when my first salesperson was available, but rather directed toward other staff who could help me, was much appreciated. Other dealerships I had visited had me work my schedule around a particular salesperson which was quite annoying. Seth did a good job explaining the vehicle features and the deal, as they had to import my Q5 from another dealership. He was patient as I compared the Q3 to the Q5 and the interior/exterior color options, as well as going on multiple test drives. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I hope my experience with the service department will be just as pleasant. More

When we finally made the purchase, the only hiccup was they kept using my husband's phone number instead of mine when I knew I gave them my number. Once that was resolved, the follow up service continued with Christian coming to the house to show me how to use all the features on the car. The whole team was very patient, helpful and watching out for the customer more than themselves. Thanks so much! And, this is two months later and I didn't forget about it but instead remembered how wonderful it ended up being. More
