It turns out the local VW My wife brought her recently purchased 2014 Audi A4 to Audi Albany for an appraisal for trade-up to an untitled 2015 A3 TDI. It turns out the local VW dealer she bought the car from; a used car in exchange for her TDI Jetta buyback; overcharged her for the car, charged the highest interest rate, and a very overpriced warranty package. The car was worth $5000 dollars or more less than what she paid for it. The salesman Nick Rhoades spent all day Saturday working to ensure my wife drove out with a new car at a price she could afford. She ended up with less expensive warranty that covered more, plus Audi’s own extensive coverage. He patiently explained the whole process from beginning to end. I couldn’t recommend him enough. The dealership itself is a marvel. Brand new perfect construction, the customer service is like I’ve never seen. Everyone working there looked really happy to be there. We had to order the color combination I wanted and so waited about 6 weeks for the car but Nick kept me up to date on the progress of my car and was very responsive to my calls and texts. Jessica Malatesa at the dealership also helped by calling the port to see when the car would be released and trying to get it to us as quickly as possible. When the car came in Nick spent a couple of hours with me showing me how to use all the features of the car. He was a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend him! More
