James Sanders greeted me upon my walking into the dealership on February 13th, 2018. I immediately launched into my love of and history with Audis. I went on and on about how I was not happy with the Q3 we had most recently been leasing (this lease was started in your South Austin, TX dealership) and how I couldn't wait for it to be over. Not only was James polite enough to listen to my jabs about one of your newer products (the Q3), he understood exactly what my issues with it were. My husband, Zak, then finally joined us in the showroom. James greeted him warmly too. James and I both thought that the Audi All Road Wagon would be the best bet for our needs. He showed us the absolutely STUNNING 2018 model in white with a chocolate interior. I was immediately struck by it. The size was perfect. The drive was exponentially better than the sad Q3. Sadly, this year and model was beyond our budget. Almost magically, James pulled a white, Certified 2015 Audi All Road Wagon out of his hat. And off we were. James was awesome. He has tons of knowledge about your vehicles, of course. But also, was able to gently swat down my theories about other "comparable" brands. He knows a lot about cars. And is a real asset to your operation there. I'm a difficult customer in nearly every area of life. And he handled me perfectly. He then introduced us to Dan Tran who was totally cool and driven to get us the best deal out there too. It was a true pleasure working with Dan and his office was a superb environment. Your detailing department did a top notch job as well. The only issues with our visit: it was a little odd to sit in the main atrium at those tables to discuss our business.
