Great cars and a really great representative to work with. He's old school customer service oriented. He goes out of his way even arranging service appointments and availability of a service loaners. If you own an Audi you drive an Audi service loaner..no rental car company runaround. Abbas is low key, low pressure, and most he listens to your needs and finds a mutually beneficial solution. Between the hard working Abbas and the easy to deal with Genaral Manager Rik Woldring it's hard to imagine owning another brand especially an American automobile. More

Best Automotive Experience Ever! This has been the most pleasant automobile acquisition experience that my husband and I have ever had! Mike in Sales is extremely knowledgeable and This has been the most pleasant automobile acquisition experience that my husband and I have ever had! Mike in Sales is extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain the increasingly sophisticated features of the Audi Q5 and A6 clearly and enthusiastically. When the Q5 was delivered with some minor technical issue that required repair, Mike and the service team bent over backwards to deliver the car in as timely a fashion as possible and didn't hesitate to arrange for a replacement until everything was to our satisfaction. He patiently took a lot of time to review all of the features and emphasized that if we ever have any questions, we should not hesitate to ask for assistance. Both cars were leased. We felt that the terms of the lease were extremely fair and that Jonathan, along with Justin, explained the terms clearly. We were pleased that, when the interest rate dropped, we were apprised of the lower rate even before we asked. All in all, we are delighted with our cars and the very pleasant experience that we had with the team at Langan Audi East. More
