They met with me numerous times, have as many test drives as I wanted and found the exact car I wanted at a price I liked. I signed the deal Friday evening and they had me in the new car the following Monday. Stacey was super knowledgeable on the features of the car and did a fantastic job explaining them to me. She also handled my trade in without a hitch. Not to mention that I absolutely love the S4 – it’s the most exciting and fun car I’ve ever driven. I’ve bought 4 new cars in the last 4 years at various dealers and this experience at Langan was by far the best – in fact it was actually fun. On a related note I had my previous car, an Audi A4, only serviced at Langan and their service dept. was great too. More

An Absolute Pleasure We had been Honda people for years, and at the time of our first trip through the doors at Langan had both an Odyssey and a Civic. If a short summary should start a review, it's fitting to say that both cars are now traded in for Audis from Langan. There's a certain luxury and performance that Audi delivers, and the folks at Langan enhance the brand by providing excellent and dedicated customer service. First, we were looking for a smaller replacement for the minivan. We test drove a Q3 and Q5 on a few different occasions. Although it took us a few visits to finally make a decision, the salespeople at Langan were incredibly patient and always offered to help us or to start a test drive. When we did purchase a new Q5, we felt we'd made an educated choice and were confident given the information Langan provided. A few months later, we repeated the same process in looking for a used A4. We test drove a few, missed a couple deals (they move fast!), but again felt cared for and valued at every step of the process. We ended up finding the perfect car. Most important in any transaction is the people involved, and both of these vehicles were purchased with the help of Langan salesperson Abbas Moosavi. I cannot speak highly enough of Abbas. There's lots of negative stereotypes about car salespeople, but Abbas defied these stereotypes at every step of the process. He was incredibly patient, always honest and up-front, helpful in providing personal attention, and eager to answer any questions with great care and knowledge. When we purchased the Q5, Abbas helped us decide exactly what options we needed, encouraging us where we needed clarifications but helping us to avoid upgrades we might not have needed. It didn't feel like we were talking to a salesperson, rather a knowledgeable and professional friend. After talking throughout that purchase, Abbas knew we'd been looking for an A4 and kept his eyes open, even giving me call when a particular vehicle he thought we might be interested in arrived on the lot. When we did find that perfect A4, Abbas helped us find a fair price and made sure the car was in perfect shape before pick-up. In short, Abbas is a big part of the reason we'd be eager to return to Langan and to Audi for our next car purchase. If you're thinking about a new or used Audi, it's worth stopping into Langan soon. They keep a great inventory and their staff is always eager and willing to help. If our purchases were any indicator, you'll have a great experience. More

While I had good service in the past from the Lexus dealership, this time they showed little interest in my business. When I refused to purchase the one LS 460 they had in stock, they did nothing to find me what I was looking to buy. My experience at Langan Audi was exactly the opposite. From the time I visited the showroom, everyone was courteous and helpful. My sales representative, Abbas Moosavi, went out of his way repeatedly to find me the Audi A8L that fit my needs....and he did. He has been very helpful since I took delivery of the car, including returning numerous emails and telephone calls, as I attempt to understand the vehicle's sophisticated technology, and he has insisted that I return to the dealership (or he has offered to come to my home or business) for another tutorial so that I have confidence in understanding the vehicle's systems. I can't say enough about these people.....and the Audi is an incredible car. More
