Great experience with Langan Audi I had been searching for a used S4 for a while - they don't come around that often and tend to go quickly when they do. I happened to see a listing at I had been searching for a used S4 for a while - they don't come around that often and tend to go quickly when they do. I happened to see a listing at Langan for a 2013 Certified Pre Owned S4 and went right up to see the vehicle. So while I happened to be on the lot (eyeing the S4) for a while before being helped this actually gave me a bit of benefit. I was able to give the car a really close look over and take my time checking minor details. Having a bit of time on the lot also allowed for me to look at some other cars and one thing I noticed quite a few times were "Sold" signs that said sold by Kevin so in my head I said "Kevin seems to get the job done - it might be good to work with him." Next thing I know there is a sales rep walking toward me and as he introduced himself he said "Hi .. My name is Kevin..." and I felt pretty good at this point. Kevin and I took the car out for a test drive and I was very pleased with the ride, it had some high mileage but was well taken care of and had every required service done on time and recorded. At this point it was time for the manager to take my trade-in out for a drive and make an offer on its trade value. We put some numbers on paper - both sides were extremely fair to each other and overall the negotiation was one of the better ones I have ever been though during a car purchase. I told Kevin we are very close, I would like to sleep on it for a night, and come back the next day with my wife. The next day my wife and I returned to Langan, we took another test drive this time so that my wife could be part of the experience and ultimately the final decision. This test drive was much more extended and I really got a great feel for the car and felt even more excited to make the purchase. The three of us sat down and went through some adjustments on the numbers and we were able to come to a deal that all parties were happy with and I was able to purchase an S4 that I have been searching and waiting for. Dealing with everyone at Langan from Kevin in sales, to Jon the CPO Manager, to meeting the service staff at the delivery appointment was an absolutely excellent experience. I look forward to working with the Langan staff when I return for scheduled maintenance etc. I would highly recommend Langan to friends and if in the market for used - recommend Kevin specifically. Thanks to all at Langan for putting me in my first Audi and in an S4 which is the car I have sought after for quite a long time. I am so happy with my purchase, its only been a week and a half so far but this car is amazing! More

Awesome experience from start to finish I had done a search on the internet, found what I liked and was promptly recontacted by email. When I went to the dealership the next day to speak wi I had done a search on the internet, found what I liked and was promptly recontacted by email. When I went to the dealership the next day to speak with someone, I was courteously greeted, met with Scott Lewis, one of their sales people, and within no more than perhaps thirty minutes was in the car I had selected and taking it out for a test drive ! All this transpired with NO sales pressure at all, only what I saw as a genuine interest to provide me with what I was looking for in a quality car. Needless to say, I purchased that car, and am thrilled with it. I have purchased vehicles from other dealerships, mostly with good results, but I have to say that Scott Lewis made this purchase very easy and absolutely without stress! Professional, courteous, respectful and always willing to be of help. I plan to be back in perhaps three years again, and will ask for Scott !! Thank You Langen for having excellent staff ! We decided to purchase a slightly used vehicle that worked for our needs, even though we did not purchase nowhere near the most expensive vehicle on the lot, but this was not evident as Kevin treated us as if we did.
