I did this with two other dealerships and at each of them they told me they couldn't answer by phone and would need me to come in. Audi was much more accommodating. We were closing on a home and picked out a car we wanted, put a small deposit on it and he worked with all of our closing issues and kept the car we wanted for us. Once we closed and came to get the car he was extremely kid friendly, they filled the tank even though it was a used car, fixed every issue we had with the car, and gave us a huge pink bowe. They got into the car once we purchased it, explaine all the features and got an expert to come in and hook up my phone to play my music. I couldn't have asked for more. It was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Scott was awesome!!!!!!! More
