Poor warranty I purchased my car Sept 07 2016 I went on vacation and on my way home the wheel bearing went bad and barely made it to a garage and thankfully the gar I purchased my car Sept 07 2016 I went on vacation and on my way home the wheel bearing went bad and barely made it to a garage and thankfully the garage fit us in to repair it . When I called the dealership on Monday they said I only had a 1,000 mile 30 day warranty and was over 400 miles I was told by mechanic that they don't know how the car passed inspection cause of wheel bearing More

Great Sales Experience! Nick Rhoades provided excellent salesmanship in helping me purchase my first Audi. After test driving the car two Sunday's ago, I was sold. He also presented alternatives such as the new A4 for comparison as I was not that familiar with the differences in each car. After my test drive I was given literature on both the A4 and A6. I decided to go with a 2016 Audi A6. After some negotiating we came to a fair purchase price. I was then educated on Audi Care and All Care Plus. Both I decided to go for to protect my investment. Both Nick and Audi Albany made my experience exceptional and I look forward to working with them again. More
