Excellent service by Bryan Glau, Service Manager! We took our car in for usual service not realizing our tires were bad. Bryan took us to the shop to show us the inside wall of the tire. He gave us the best tires and deal to meet our needs. We also had a light bulb out inside the car so that was replaced. We could not do it ourselves as a panel had to be removed. We were loaned a car to go to lunch, free of charge, while the tires were replaced. The work was done promptly and with such caring for our needs. Bryan and staff were courteous and friendly. We highly recommend this dealership. More

Excellent Service As Always I am temporarily living 150 miles away from Auburn right now but made the trip up to the Foothills to get my car served at my favorite dealership, Mag I am temporarily living 150 miles away from Auburn right now but made the trip up to the Foothills to get my car served at my favorite dealership, Magnussen's Auburn Toyota, where I purchased my Toyota Prius back in 2007. I always get my car worked on here as I enjoy the experience, believe it or not. Have only good things to say about every service I have had done here. Robert Brassfield assisted me this day and he was great! He made sure I understood the problem I was having with a bad sensor that was preventing me from getting my smog inspection to pass. I was provided with a rental car for a day to assist me while the job was being completed. Everything was handled smoothly, including a ride to the shopping center and back while I waited to hear the diagnosis. I only want to use THIS dealership and intend to purchase yet another Toyota Prius from them at the end of this year. Thank you for your excellent customer service! More

Regular Maintenance Experience We always take our vehicles (2) in for regular maintenance at Magnussen's and we find that the maintenance staff are always friendly, helpful and cour We always take our vehicles (2) in for regular maintenance at Magnussen's and we find that the maintenance staff are always friendly, helpful and courteous. Robert Brassfield helped me yesterday and he was extremely helpful and professional. He asked if I had any other concerns other than the regular maintenance and I pointed out a small indicator light which he had fixed. I appreciate the concern of all of the personnel I deal with. I did have an extremely long wait which is unusual which is not the fault of the maintenance personnel but of overbooking I believe. My usual wait time is one hour and I was there over two hours yesterday. More
