Absolutely the BEST customer service! Jeremy explained everything that was going to be done on my CRV. Easy to make an appt. It still took over 2 hours for a simple oil change, tire rotation and new wiper blades. They did not run my car through the car wash. We were looking to buy a new car and are very happy with our experience at Honda. Our sales rep, Jake Overhand provided a wealth of information with no sales pressure. Jake took time with us and listened to what we were looking for. He suggested the Hybrid. We are very happy with our choice. Getting through the process was fairly quick with the finance department taking the time to explain everything we were signing. More
