By the time we were done it was closing time but, they were more concerned with how i was getting home and where I was going to wait. The next day I received a call at 1:30 p.m. letting me know that my truck was ready and the repairs were covered under a recall. They met all expectations and then some. More

I was told they would need the car all day, so I called a friend to pick me up. I called around 5pm and was told they had no information, and to call back the next day. I called around 11am and was told my car was "up next!" They had the car for a day and a half without even looking at it, and nobody called to let me know there was a delay. They said they were "backed up." I told them I wanted to come get the car, which I did. They handed me the key without a word! This is unacceptable and extremely inconsiderate of the customer - me. This is my second poor experience with Auburn Ford. I live in Auburn and try to patronize local businesses, but I will no longer patronize Auburn Ford. I took my care to Future Ford in Roseville; they took care of the problem in less than four hours. So that's where I go from now on. More

I called the service department on 5/1/15 to try to get a recall service done on the hybrid cooling pump because my wife was due to take the car on a long trip starting on 5/5. I was told that nothing could be done until the part failed. The part failed in the Arizona desert on the first night of the trip, was undrivable, and it was towed to the nearest dealer. She and a friend continued their trip in a rental car and picked up the repaired Escape about a week later on the way home. Ford covered the cost of the repair, but not the approximately $900 in rental car, extra days in a motel, and towing expenses incurred as a result of their not repairing the vehicle in a timely manner. This dealership is great! It's small and family owned. The owner came out and spoke with me, even showed the car to me and all the features. Bruce Was very thorough with paperwork and answered all my questions and Nikole, the manager/part owner even gave me her cell phone in case of other question. I have never been anywhere with such a family feeling and such a great car buying experience. I will purchase and service all of my cars here. There is a reason they have been in business for over 30 years. Why would you go anywhere else? Since the purchase I have had questions and have called Nikole, at work and if she is with a customer, I always get a call right back.... How many businesses can you call and ACTUALLY speak with a manager or owner now adays? Breath of fresh air! More
