When we arrived the vehicle was parked right in front of the showroom, clean and ready for a test drive. Nickolas explained the safety features prior to leaving on a drive and showed us many of the vehicles features. After returning to the dealership he had all the paperwork prepared and we were able to process our loan application quickly. All,documents were,reviewed, signed and we were ready to head for home. We were in and out in two hours with all of our expectations exceeded. Great dealership, great salesperson, highly recommend them. Thank you to all. More

Regular Service + Recall Issue I had scheduled an appointment for my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and showed up at the appointed date and time. I had to wait a few minutes as the d I had scheduled an appointment for my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and showed up at the appointed date and time. I had to wait a few minutes as the drop off area was full of vehicles and all the service representatives were busy. I parked off to the side and went inside to wait for an available service rep. Finally, James Helling finished with another customer and told me he would be with me in a couple of minutes. The whole process struck me at the time, as being a bit chaotic. After a couple of minutes, James was able to assist me, but had no rental vehicles for me to use while my vehicle was being serviced. He informed me that in the future, I should specify that I would need a rental vehicle when making my appointment. At least he was able to get my vehicle in right away, so I only had to wait a couple of hours. The service was completed an a very satisfactory manner and James came and found me in the lounge area right away. James was courteous and professional throughout the whole experience, but I feel some things could be done to improve the process for the Service Reps and the Customer alike. Such as: Have a dedicated greeter when it's busy, just to take customers names when they arrive, let them know a service rep would be with them as soon as possible, and show them where to park. When customers call for or request a service appointment online, make whether a rental vehicle will be needed or not, part of the process. That said, I really enjoy my new Jeep Cherokee and feel that I got the best deal, by purchasing it from Auburn Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I have had it serviced twice now and everything has been handled to my satisfaction. More
