I have always gotten friendly service however working with James Helling was my best experience. James went over and beyond to make sure i was taken care of with a rental car and was so friendly and personable. I rated 4 stars because my jeep is never returned in the condition i left it. Had a couple new scratches on the driver side door and was returned messy as the mechanics removed my belongings from the back to the front seat and didn't put them back. I feel the vehicle should come back the way i left it or better.. If it wasn't for James ecceptional customer service, I would not have rated as high. More
