Exhaust Leak In Jeep Grand Cherokee A special thanks to my Service Adivsor, Lili Steele, for taking care of the repair of the exhaust leak on my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It turned out A special thanks to my Service Adivsor, Lili Steele, for taking care of the repair of the exhaust leak on my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It turned out to be 2 broken studs, one of which couldn't be extracted from the head. The exhaust manifold had to be removed and replaced, the head pulled and the stubborn studs replaced. Lili kept me advised on the status of the repair every step of the way. Since the vehicle is a Certified Pre Owned car, the repairs and the rental car were provided at no charge. Another bonus! The car is now working perfectly and I was extremely satisfied with the process and the end result. More

Very good service experience Brian Evans provided excellent service. My 2017 Ram 2500 diesel experienced a bizarre transmission failure, and the transmission technician was top no Brian Evans provided excellent service. My 2017 Ram 2500 diesel experienced a bizarre transmission failure, and the transmission technician was top notch in his repair and the attention to detail from speaking with him. Brian was the one who took me back to speak with him to ensure me it was in good hands. Brian kept me informed the whole way through the process, and they were able to expedite the parts from Texas to get the truck repaired for me before the holiday. Additionally, Brian and the technician noticed other things that were not right unrelated to the transmission, and took it upon themselves to get it all fixed. Really, one of the better service experiences I have had. Thank you guys. My truck will be serviced by you throughout its lifetime. More
