I had an overall exceptional experience at Auburn Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I sent an email stating that I was interested in a car on their website. We went and looked at the car, and then he allowed me to test drive the car while he appraised my trade-in. When I came back from the test drive he was ready for me with all the numbers, and answered all my questions. Afterwards he turned me over to Jackie Edwards who took me through all the paperwork and collected the payment. The entire process was smooth and efficient. What made the experience all the better was how Devin and Jackie treated me as if I was a part of the family there at the dealership. They were actually interested in assuring that I received everything I needed and more. They were also very personable and genuinely friendly.
