My parents insist on servicing and buying their new cars from Atlantic Toyota because of Wayne Weinstein. They have been doing business with him for the past ten years. He is an incredible person and he attends their Temple in Plainview too. They have been servicing every new Toyota with Atlantic Toyota since 2000 and he gives them discounts for every service. When it coms time to replace their cars, he is in the Showroom negotiating rock-bottom prices for them even before they know it. !!!! He is an incredible human being and I am so glad he is there for my parents when they need him. They have sent all their friends from Cedarhurst and Jericho to Atlantic Toyota to buy their new car their too!!! There are three dealerships between where they live and Atlantic but we make sure they get our business!!!! Go to Atlantic Toyota service and see Wayne, he is such a good boy. Mazel tov!!!! More

I came here with my father after the vanity mirror in his car fell off. We expected to simply buy the car part and leave, but the service advisor Benny told my dad that he could get it fixed for free if his car fell off. We expected to simply buy the car part and leave, but the service advisor Benny told my dad that he could get it fixed for free if his warranty covered it which is really sweet and honest. He could have very easily taken advantage of me (a girl) and my 80 year old Dad, but he didn't. That's so cooooooolll!!!! So we went to get our car serviced and found out there would be a two hour wait time, but actually it didn't take very long, probably around thirty or forty minutes at most. Benny was really helpful and nice, and he definitely did more for us than he had to. They had free bagels and coffee that made the wait more tolerable The customer service really stood out because they serve you with a smile on their face. That's why I wrote this review, it's SO rare to actually be waited on by people who don't look like they'd rather be somewhere else. I LOVE IT when people are actually smiling and look like they are glad to see you. And by the way that guy Benny is hot!!! More
I had a pre - scheduled 3 month service and NYS inspection appointment for 8/14/13. I dropped the vehicle off the night before using the convenient night drop box. I received a call from Wayne Weinstein at approx. 10:30 AM and was informed that the vehicle was ready for pick-up. There were no surprises, gimmicks or up-sell. I picked up the vehicle and found it be be clean and undamaged. I am completely satisfied with this service experience. Frank More

The experience begins with scheduling, which was done with ease. I called the afternoon prior and was scheduled for 7:30 a.m., next morning. I was then assigned an adviser, who contacted me prior to doing any work I had not requested. He explained, in detail, why he would recommend filter changes and informed me of the cost. I agreed to proceed with his recommendation. He then asked if would be OK with me if the car was ready a half-hour later than my requested pick-up time. For me to get this kind of interactive service, a half-hour means nothing. The experience concludes with another phone call letting me know the car is ready. More
My Navigation System suddenly stopped working. The dealership simply said that the car is a few months and 3000 miles over warranty, there was nothing they could do. I've been dealing with the service dept at this dealership since 1981. Through the recent recession many dealerships struggled to sell cars. Toyota began to focus on their service departments in an effort to support their dealerships by upgraded the quality, service and customer experience. Amity Toyota is no exception. The place is always clean and the people in service can't be any friendlier. Many of the employees have been there a long time especially Tasha who is the Asst Svc. Mgr. Because of her and the professionalism of her staff I wouldn't go anywhere else! PS: The free bagels and coffee in the morning doesn't hurt the overall experience while you wait. Benny does a great job. I left a week ago completely unsatisfied and he was able to not only make up for that experience but also exceede my expectations. I am a 13 year repeat new purchase and service customer. I had some difficulty with tire punctures which caused me to need tire patches and replacement between January and June of 2013. She went out of her way to get me help. Kind, professional, knowledgable, an overall pleasure to deal with. Once we came up with the 3rd puncture she got Tasha Drew involved. She was equally professional and accommodating. I can tell she was truly seeking to please the customer. I live in Valley Stream with other dealers closer to my home but Atlantic Toyota is where I go because of these people. My only concern is the wait time. No reflection on Krystle or Tasha but the wait time was sometimes excessive. These employees should be recognized for their excellent work. We tried to deliver this survey earlier but it didn't seem to go through. More
