Since my salesman was no longer with the dealership I dealt with finance manager Fred who took care of everything and made arrangements with Benny. I called Toyota from the road and they took me immediately without an appointment, even though it was the end of the day. Turns out I needed front break service, they gave me a loaner car and had my car fixed the next day. Everyone was friendly and helpful, highly recommend this service department to anyone. Thank you!
