I've been to another Toyota dealer (where I bought the car) for service and they kept telling me I needed things I didn't need. The waiting room was very bright and airy, and provided coffee and bagels. I was out of there in 2 1/2 hours, which was approx. the time Mike told me. He is an asset to the Service Department at Toyota. Thanks, Mike! More
