I went to this dealership to buy a used car that I saw online. I called in advance to make sure it was available since I had to drive 2 hours to get there. After I took it for a test drive the salesman Ma online. I called in advance to make sure it was available since I had to drive 2 hours to get there. After I took it for a test drive the salesman Martin Flores told me it had just been sold over the internet as I was driving it! He offered to show me other cars but none met my criteria. Talk about a bait and switch operation! What a waste of my time and money. Don't go there. More

I went to this dealer three different times. It's big and beautiful but the service undid any good first impressions that I had. I went in wanting to buy a car and actually got turned off. They wasted and beautiful but the service undid any good first impressions that I had. I went in wanting to buy a car and actually got turned off. They wasted my time showing me fancy cars that I told them I could not afford. They just kept saying that "a lot would be knocked off the price" and not to worry. "A lot" turned out to be $1,100 MAX. When I could not pay the expensive price minus the $1,100 they acted like i wasted their time. The Kelly Blue Book page that I printed out showed the EXACT car with exact features (and less miles) for way less than they asked. I was also kept waiting over 25 mins while the salesman attempted to help another couple at the same time (who were there complaioning about their service). I won't deal with them anymore. More

After just having purchased a car there several weeks earlier, I thought I might get a decent deal from this dealer. The car they were offering had a rip in the back fender (plastic) which they showed no earlier, I thought I might get a decent deal from this dealer. The car they were offering had a rip in the back fender (plastic) which they showed no interest in fixing and their trade-in offer was below what I eventually got elsewhere. They did not earn my business. More
