We walked into your dealership not quite sure if we wanted another nissan or a hyundai. We quickly met Farrell Shapiro. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about both cars. This was by far one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. The salesman was excellent and not pushy. He knew what I wanted and helped us get 2 cars instead of the 1 car we came in for. The accounting process with Frank was pleasant as well. I was a little apprehensive as first as I stopped by earlier in the week and nobody asked if they could help me for 15 minutes and so I left. But I called nd arranged an appointment and was taken precisly on time as I arrived. The biggest advantage was that Atlantic had a lot to choose from, whereas both Mid-Island and Riverhead had no cars in stock to test drive or purchase and no knowledgeable sales people. I would highly reccommend this dealership and Farrell Shapiro specifically for anbody looking for a new vehicle. More

We were greeted by Russ at the door outside. He was helpful from the start. Even though we had some credit issues, he worked with us to find a car affordable for us. When I finally decided on a car, he was helpful with providing info to my insurance broker and eased my anxiety when it came to financing. Frank in finance, was a great help and again eased my anxiety of this large purchase. Even my insurance broker was impressed with this transaction.
