My wife and I went to trade in and buy a new car.When the finance manager came to us and told us the price of the new car we said it was too much for our budget. Then he told us there were still rebates on 2011 Hyundai Accents.We said alright to the 2011 car.We signed all the paperwork after 5 hours of being there.When my wife brought the bill of sale to our insurance comp.she told her that the bill of sale was for a 2012 Hyundai Accent.In the meantime,I was getting phone calls and e-mails congratuating me for buying a 2012 Accent.I called Hyundai Consumer Affairs and tried to reason with them. They called Atlantic Hyundai.I went back to the dealer, and one of the other finance managers came out and rudely asked what:s up?I told him what was wrong and he walked in the back and brought me out a paper and said here is your bill of sale.Then he walked away never to see him again.I still don't have my title for the car.I'm still going to call consumer affairs and see what can be done. Overall I got the impression that the dealership was very professional. My salesperson, Ed was friendly and well informed. He provided guidance in choosing an appropriate vehicle and options that would mee professional. My salesperson, Ed was friendly and well informed. Brian, the sales manager, was not this anonymous person in the background but spent a few minutes discussing what I was looking for, too. I left my rental vehicle and felt assured it would be returned approprately. My insurance switch over and registration were handled in short order and I was able to drive home with a new Sonata within 3 or so hours. The only problem I had was picking a color! More
