Driving back home 1500 miles from Daytona with 3 kids and a van full of junk o Thanks for the SPECTACULAR SERVICE! These guys saved us from a mess. Driving back home 1500 miles from Daytona with 3 kids and a van full of junk on a Saturday morning. we only had 2 days to get home. We started having car trouble 30 miles in. No one else could help us. Joe T. in Service was kind and said "we'll get you going, come on in." They inspected the van right away, and relayed 2 major issues. They could fix it but would take 5 hours. One of the guys offered to drop us into Downtown St. Augustine to at least be able to enjoy the day. a bit ealier than expected, they picked us up and our Van was all ready. Under warranty. If they hadn't found the 2nd issue, we likely would have been driving through the mountains in the middle of the night. They were all super friendly, helpful and complete. Job was done, van was clean and we were back on the road. Far later than planned, but at least we made it home on time. Great Service. Thanks! More

And they mounteded and balanced reasonably too so I'm out the door for $896 versus $1000. So theres the chance on certain tires you can save. And everyone was pleasant and waiting room clean and comfortable. More

Atlantic Dodge Found and Fixed our Problem We had a rattle in the rear of our brand new Dodge Caravan. We went to our local Dealership in Canada. They said that all Caravans with the CVP" pack We had a rattle in the rear of our brand new Dodge Caravan. We went to our local Dealership in Canada. They said that all Caravans with the CVP" package had that rattle because there was not enough insulation in that package. We have had other Dodges fixed at Atlantic before. We decided as soon as we got down to St. Augustine that we would bring it into Atlantic Dodge. They found and fixed the problem immediately. New shocks.. No rattle. In addition to knowing what to do, everyone that we interacted with was very pleasant. Thanks Atlantic Dodge you saved us hearing that loud noise. More

I needed to check recalls on our 2016 Ram 2500 which I was unable to complete before leaving for winter My wife and I were wintering in St Augustine. I needed to check recalls on our 2016 Ram 2500 which I was unable to complete before leaving for winter from the Green Bay, WI area. I was in the area of Atlantic and turned in to ask if I could get the service done in FL. My Service advisor Justin said he could get me in immediately. He got me a free rental from Hertz, a Ram pickup, no less. He subsequently noted a possible lifter problem and set up an apt in Feb to repair/replace the problem parts under the warrantee. Strangers? Not anymore! More
