service adviser heard a sound I took my jeep in for 100,000 mi service of spark plugs. I didn't know there was a problem. As the service adviser Joe drove jeep to service dept, h I took my jeep in for 100,000 mi service of spark plugs. I didn't know there was a problem. As the service adviser Joe drove jeep to service dept, he heard a tapping sound which he brought to my attention. They needed the jeep all day to diagnose the engine & found multiple issues. I had an extended warranty & was at 98,000 mi so it had to be used. I was also getting an oil change done, & that's when they found an oil leak & other issues. As a result, I needed to get a rental which turned out to be 2 days. As I run a very busy business with straight clients & no break, Joe really helped me by getting a guy from Hertz at my office right down the road at the only 1/2 hr window I had. It was nice to get another jeep to rent. When I returned the rental, I was able to leave at the dealership. Joe kept me updated about all the issues. There were some minor issues when picking up with other vehicles in front so I couldn't pull out from dealership & leave for my office with clients waiting. The wrong key was also attached to the invoice after I payed. It was all quite stressful, but I just had to laugh at all the confusion & drama of the entire situation being worked around full days of clients. It all worked out in the end, & I'm happy that Joe made it a more pleasant experience as I wouldn't have known a thing wrong. Now all issues have been addressed. More

Worse off after the service-Updated We took our 2010 Town & Country minivan to Atlantic for repair of a battery drain problem that we could not pinpoint. After the first overnight visit We took our 2010 Town & Country minivan to Atlantic for repair of a battery drain problem that we could not pinpoint. After the first overnight visit, they declared an interior light had been left on and that was the problem. The battery drain problem persisted. We brought it back in, and they told us it required a new radio and a new control cluster (all the dash gauges). They disassembled the entire dash and most of the panels in the van. They disconnected the radio, they installed the new cluster and reassembled the interior. The price they quoted us as firm, (approx. $750) had jumped to over $1100, so we protested. They finally reduced the price to the promised amount. But the new cluster does not work. The radio is disconnected. There are no dash lights at all for night driving. We paid $750 for a new control cluster that either wasn't needed or is faulty, or they disconnected the light bulbs in the new panel. Now we cannot drive at night, and have no radio or CD player or clock. UPDATE This review was noticed by the dealer, and we were contacted by the Service Manager to contact him directly. We did, and brought the van back in. The replaced the cluster module and reconnected everything that was disconnected. We have not yet driven the van after dark yet, and don't know if the battery drain issue will return, but they have made the effort to fix what they made worse, and hopefully the original problem. Worst Service Department Ever! This is by far the worst service department I have ever experienced. We have tried using them because they are the closest, but on several occasions o This is by far the worst service department I have ever experienced. We have tried using them because they are the closest, but on several occasions of dealing with Kevin Pert through the years we now make the drive to Garber, because of the night and day difference in customer service. Apparently customer service is a skill that is not needed to work at Atlantic. Having employees who speak to a customer like the are an inconvenience rather than an asset to your business is never good idea. We've tried using their sales department as well and were not impressed there either. Make the drive to Garber and you will get a much better deal. More

We took our Dodge Grand Caravan in for oil change and service. Described the problems to Lauri and as always she listens and asks question to completely understand what the problems may be. While waiting I talked with Phil about the inventory of new Dodge Caravans. All that was available was three new Chrysler Town and Countrys. My wife and I test drove the new Town and Country. Phil offered to run the numbers for us and after reviewing the numbers and listening to the report of repairs on the Caravan we bought the new Town and Country. Phil did a tremendous job! Don did a great job assembling all the paper work and we decided to process a loan with our bank USAA. Processed the loan at home and brought the paperwork back to Don and it was done. Thanks for the trust letting us drive away with the new Town and Coiuntry and bring the loan paperwork back. We have always been pleased with the service at a your dealership - efficient and professional! Thanks!! More
