Took Jeep to have tire repaired because of a nail in tire. Told not repairable. Asked if it was under warranty, said"no" Tire has 5400 miles on it. I thought the Jeep had some type of warranty. Was told tires were not part of the warranty as they were a seperate pirchase of the car. Told them I paid $62,000 for a car with tires which should be covered under warranty. Denied. I have an orde4r from you for a replacement tire for over $300. Absurd. This is the second time you facility has denied a request from me. When I bought the Jeep I got a temporary registration and wanted to register it in New York. Guess what, no front license plate bracket. NY requires a front and rear plate. I called salesman, Jaelin and he told me I would have to purchase a bracket from the parts dept. I paid top price, $ 62,000 and I have to buy a bracket to mount my plate. I will not remain silent about my total dissatisfaction with ATLANTIC DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM. I will voice my feelings on social media, Internet sites, neighborhood HOA newsletters and other devices to be sure it is heard throughout the St Augustine area. More
