This experience I had today was completely unprofessional from beginning to end. I had to contact Service Manager based on what service writer tried to explain to me, which basically said the 2020 Chrysler from beginning to end. I had to contact Service Manager based on what service writer tried to explain to me, which basically said the 2020 Chrysler 300 touring with 8000 miles comes stock with a severe vibration in the drive line from the factory, my engine knock, and steering popping also come stock from the factory. This is the first new vehicle I purchased, and chose A Chrysler product, and had no hesitation in paying there asking price, and to be told these issues are normal. Chrysler Corporate has now been notified, if these issues are not corrected I am trading this car in for something dependable from General Motors, and other actions that may be available to me More
