Dealer performed work on my Wrangler 4XE that was not requested or approved and disabled my vehicle. They said they fixed it and returned my jeep, the next day the check engine light came on and the vehi requested or approved and disabled my vehicle. They said they fixed it and returned my jeep, the next day the check engine light came on and the vehicle would not start. Display showed various warnings to service the electrical system. I called the dealer and they said they would arrange a tow and rental. After waiting more than an hour I called back and they informed that they could not help. I had my vehicle towed to a different dealership. The other dealer stated they must have done the unrequested or approved software update incorrectly and determined that the battery pack needed to now be replaced. More
