Check in process was slow as none of the information that was entered online came through to the service department. I guess multi checkpoint doesn't include checking the washer fluid because one mile after was entered online came through to the service department. I guess multi checkpoint doesn't include checking the washer fluid because one mile after leaving dealership my low washer fluid light came on. More

The repair has not fixed the problem. A lot of money to diagnose the issue and parts not in stock. Paid $900.00 for repair. Jason and his body tech. repaired my Jeep Grand Cherokee following an unfortunate impact with debris on a highway shoulder. I would never be able to know that my car was dam repaired my Jeep Grand Cherokee following an unfortunate impact with debris on a highway shoulder. I would never be able to know that my car was damaged. Excellent results. I would recommend one thing, that following the body work the vehicle should be checked for hand prints and dust on the interior. This is a very minor issue for future consideration.
