Atlantic Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram - Service Center

My vehicle was purchased at this dealership and ALL service was done there for 15,years. On Aug 12, they found I needed a very expensive repair and, when asked, said that with the repair the cars life service was done there for 15,years. On Aug 12, they found I needed a very expensive repair and, when asked, said that with the repair the cars life would be significantly extended for the $5000 cost. Less than a month later, the car completely stopped running and,after having it rowed to the dealership, I was told it needed even more expensive and extensive rework, those issues should have been recognized and discussed before the first repair was undertaken. That it is an “old car” is NOT an acceptable answer for their lack of candor and trustworthiness. That there is a new owner may be a part of the response because I was forced to pay an additional $250 so the car could be released to the charity I gave it to, I would NEVER deal with hanania again . Or recommend them. More

My husband and I have spent THOUSANDS over the years getting our Ram 2500 serviced and repaired at ATLANTIC dodge chrysler jeep ram. Now that it’s owned by Hanania, we won’t be going back for any servic getting our Ram 2500 serviced and repaired at ATLANTIC dodge chrysler jeep ram. Now that it’s owned by Hanania, we won’t be going back for any services. We bought tires about a year ago, probably a little less, and were told it would come with lifetime free rotations. We went in yesterday to get our tires rotated, not realizing they had been bought out, since they didn’t send letters or information that they wouldn’t honor the previous owners commitments, and told we had to pay for the rotations at the front desk. Anthony overheard the conversation and said because we have a good service history with them, they would honor the free rotations, but not without being rude and argumentative with my husband since he didn’t really explain it well. He stated if our history was only of coming in every 6 months to get rotations, then they wouldn’t honor it, but since we have spent so much in the past on other things there, they’d honor it. Even then, the wording he used was very confusing and when my husband didn’t understand, Anthony became rude. They should not be telling customers they are picking and choosing who to honor the commitments to. And the new owners should not have bought out ATLANTIC without being able to honor those prior customers and commitments made to them. Another man, I don’t remember his name, made fun of one of the prior employees that was there prior to the buy out. Not professional. Will not give them another dime of our money or a second of our time. More
