I found out I can get TWO full synthetic oil changes at another local CDJR dealership for $130. I have been loyal to Atlantic CDJR (now Hanania) to this point, but I will now go to the other CDJR dealership going forward. More

So, I waited all day for a warranty repair to be done. It would be better if expectations were managed. I only knew that the Jeep/Chrysler warranty letter said that the repair would take one hour.
