Went in for an oil change covered by warranty. Told them I had two tires that kept getting low. They came back saying that not only did I have multiple nails in each tire but also that one, they w Told them I had two tires that kept getting low. They came back saying that not only did I have multiple nails in each tire but also that one, they weren’t repairable and that I’d have to get all 4 new tires for $1500. When I asked to see the nails they showed me one. Being suspicious I went to a tire dealer and not only did they find just that one nail, they repaired it for FREE. I have driven multiple days now with zero issues. I was told by multiple people this happens a lot. Never going back there and even reconsidering getting an entirely different vehicle soon. More

I was greeted by Coben Balch when I arrived for my maintenance on my Jeep. I had dealt with Laurie Rumph for the 28 years that she was there before she retired and was not looking forward to dealing maintenance on my Jeep. I had dealt with Laurie Rumph for the 28 years that she was there before she retired and was not looking forward to dealing with a new person. Coben was not only friendly, but knowledgable, polite, professional, as well as making sure that I was updated frequently on what else I needed and approximately how long it would take. I could not have asked for anything more. My comfort and trust that was found in Laurie has been replaced by Coben. I will not dread having to come back when it is time again. More
