Tried to get me pay crazy amount $3,000 to replace EGR valve. Done repair myself in 24 minutes. The part costed $800 with lifetime warranty. Really think yall are taking advantage of people. They diagnosed a problem that we have that went undetected at the Cape Coral Dodge dealership...a bad transmission that needed to be replaced. We are very proud and made us feel like their own customer...when we live 5 hours away. We are very happy with the service that we received. Amber was very good to us and my wife and I couldn't be happier. Knowing we were from out of town, and knowing that we couldn't come back and get our vehicle for a week, they still had the work down fast and was completed within a day of receiving the transmission. Dealer could not repair leak in tire, so installed the full size spare but did not inflate it to proper pressure. It took them about 90 min to do this and hose off the car (because the car wash was down) full size spare but did not inflate it to proper pressure.
