Worst customer service I’ve ever Had. I went in For a routine oil change and inspection. Service person left the cap off of my coolant reservoir. I did not know until two days later my je I went in For a routine oil change and inspection. Service person left the cap off of my coolant reservoir. I did not know until two days later my jeep overheated. Now I need a new engine. They refused to take responsibility and refuse to pay for my new engine that Hanania service depart is responsible for. Tom, the service department manager and Paul the general manager offered 10% off parts and 50% of labor to replace the engine. That in its of is an admission of guilt. I HAVE CONTACTED MY LAWYER!!! I would not recommend a purchase from Hannah. And I certainly would not recommend using their service department.. More
