The service and follow up was excellent. I have always had a positive experience. However, I am very disappointed about the sunshade/ sunroof design I had not been made aware of at purch I have always had a positive experience. The sunroof shade got stuck (due to no fault of mine) AND will cost about $2000 to fix because it was put in such a way as to necessitate hours of labor to replace a $200 part!?!?! That is a MAJOR design flaw and should NOT be the owner's responsibility to compensate for lack of foresight on the designer's part. More

Called in the morning and was able to get our Jeep Gladiator in for an afternoon oil change, tire rotation and alignment. The waiting room was comfortable and offered coffee, water and snacks.
