After the first overnight visit, they declared an interior light had been left on and that was the problem. The battery drain problem persisted. We brought it back in, and they told us it required a new radio and a new control cluster (all the dash gauges). They disassembled the entire dash and most of the panels in the van. They disconnected the radio, they installed the new cluster and reassembled the interior. The price they quoted us as firm, (approx. $750) had jumped to over $1100, so we protested. They finally reduced the price to the promised amount. But the new cluster does not work. The radio is disconnected. There are no dash lights at all for night driving. We paid $750 for a new control cluster that either wasn't needed or is faulty, or they disconnected the light bulbs in the new panel. Now we cannot drive at night, and have no radio or CD player or clock. UPDATE This review was noticed by the dealer, and we were contacted by the Service Manager to contact him directly. We did, and brought the van back in. The replaced the cluster module and reconnected everything that was disconnected. We have not yet driven the van after dark yet, and don't know if the battery drain issue will return, but they have made the effort to fix what they made worse, and hopefully the original problem. I had several emails and conversations with I found what looked like a great deal on a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, online, at Atlantic Chrysler Jeep. I had several emails and conversations with the salesman, Danny, detailing the price of the car, including tax, title, dealers fees, and etc. I also gave him the VIN number of my trade, and he came back with a trade-in price range. Remember, all of this info was IN WRITING in the emails that I still have! Still suspicious of this great deal, I checked the dealer's rating, and found it excellent, so I drove the 550 mile round trip, from the opposite coast, to buy this car. When I arrived, we had a good long test drive and some pleasant conversation, then sat down to finalize the deal. That's when I found out that I had been blatantly lied to. The car, both online and in the emails from the dealership, was $34,000, total including tax, title, prep, etc. My trade was valued at $6500. So my total would be .......$32,000 !!!!!!!! What!!!!! When I demanded an explanation, the salesman looked over the figures again, admitted that he had indeed quoted me an "all in " price, and called in the sales manager, who first blamed the salesman, and then began YELLING at me, saying "You can't expect me to pay your taxes"' and "it's against the law for me to pay someone else's taxes! ". The man was actually yelling at me! And making no sense, as I had not asked for anyone to pay anything, merely to honor the written deal that I had just driven over four hours to finalize! Needless to say, I did not get my car. My advice to any buyers out there - go to Atlantic only if you enjoy being lied to and verbally abused! I intend to pursue this with the Chrysler Jeep regional manager, and possibly file a legal suit against Atlantic for failure to honor a written contract. More

The dealership is fortunate to have Pam working there. Efficient, personable, thorough and clearly willing to help. I was impressed. I was introduced to the service writers and to the parts employees. The dealership is clean, bright, and comfortable. I am glad I did business there and recommend Atlantic in St Augustine to all who may be interested in a Chrysler or Dodge product. More

We have tried using them because they are the closest, but on several occasions of dealing with Kevin Pert through the years we now make the drive to Garber, because of the night and day difference in customer service. Apparently customer service is a skill that is not needed to work at Atlantic. Having employees who speak to a customer like the are an inconvenience rather than an asset to your business is never good idea. We've tried using their sales department as well and were not impressed there either. Make the drive to Garber and you will get a much better deal. More
